The employer shall comply with the provisions of the Health and Safety in Employment Act 2003 concerning safety, health, and welfare matters. The parties to this agreement agree that employees should be adequately protected from any safety and health hazard arising in the workplace. All reasonable precautions for the health and safety of employees shall be taken. Attention is also drawn to the employer's policies and procedures on health and safety.
