In this Agreement, the words “you” and “your” mean any user of your Account. “We”, “our” and “us” mean State Bank of Southern Utah. In this Agreement, any plural term shall be deemed singular, and any singular term shall be deemed plural when context and construction so require. If you sign an application for any Account under this Agreement or sign or use any bankcard(s) issued, or use or allow others to use your Account, you agree to all of the following terms and conditions:
