This SPAC Holders Support Agreement (this “Agreement”) is dated as of October 14, 2022, by and among the Persons set forth on Exhibit A hereto (each, a “Shareholder” and, collectively, the “Shareholders”), HH&L Acquisition Co., a Cayman Islands exempted company limited by shares (“SPAC”), and DiaCarta, Ltd., a Cayman Islands exempted company limited by shares (the “Company”).
