This Annex shall be for the purpose of NASA and Spirit Aero collaborating to improve the technology readiness level (TRL) and manufacturing readiness level (MRL) of air vehicles, launch vehicles, space vehicles, and space habitats. Activities under this Space Act agreement include: consultations, process development, sub-scale confidence article testing and pathfinder article(s).
