This SPADES Platform Access Agreement (this “Agreement”) is a binding legal contract between you (either an individual or a single business entity, hereinafter referred to as “You” or “Your”) and EveryFit, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“EveryFit”). This Agreement governs your access to, and use of, Services (defined below) and the data contained in the SPADES database (the “Licensed Data”). You and EveryFit may be referred to herein individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
