This filing is in response to a request from the Customer to allow unmetered energy use on existing non solar bus transit shelters (transit shelters) that were originally connected with loads in excess of 150 watts, in addition to, a certain number of transit shelters that have been connected to third party facilities in violation of the Standard Form Contract 79-972, Agreement for Unmetered Electrical Service. This Special Agreement provides for a limited exception to grandfather specific existing transit shelter loads and connections even if they are replaced with new transit shelters at the same or approximate location. The Electric List of Contracts and Deviations will be revised to include the Agreement. The proposed Agreement is listed on the enclosed Attachment 1.

Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) hereby submits for approval, in accordance with General Rule 8.5.6 and Industry Rule 7.1 of General Order 96-B, a Special Agreement for Unmetered Electrical Service – Limited Exception (Agreement) between PG&E and Trans Bay Cable, LLC, (Trans Bay Cable).
