THE CASULO HOTEL WILL PROVIDE THE GUEST WITH ACCOMMODATIONS FOR THE STATED PERIOD. THE GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A FEE FOR EACH NIGHT BOOKED IN THIS AGREEMENT. THE GUEST MAY REQUEST AN EXTENSION OF THE AGREED PERIOD, SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. FAILURE TO VACATE THE ROOM AT TIME OF CHECK OUT WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL CHARGES. ANY DAMAGES FOUND IN THE ROOM AFTER THE GUEST’S STAY WILL BE ASSESSED AND CHARGED TO THE GUEST AT THE HOTEL’S DISCRETION.
