This contract de nes the terms and conditions under which The Clement and phillip rhodes (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) agree to the Client’s use of The Clement’s facilities on August 29, 2024. This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and becomes binding upon signature of both parties.
