This Special Patrol Officer Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made as of the day of , 2020, by and between the Town of Manlius, a municipal corporation situated in the County of Onondaga, State of New York, whose principal address is 301 Brooklea Drive, Fayetteville, New York 13066 (the “Town”); and the Fayetteville-Manlius School District of the County of Onondaga and State of New York, a municipal corporation whose principal address is, 8199 East Seneca Turnpike Manlius, New York 13104 (the “School District”). The Town of Manlius Police Department (“Manlius Police Department”) is a specific department within the Town’s government structure and does not constitute a separate entity or party to the Agreement. However, the Manlius Police Department will have primary responsibility for carrying out the duties and obligations set forth in this Agreement on behalf of the Town.
