These special rates require flexibility in scheduling and willingness to schedule with a substitute therapist as needed. BDI has a very collaborative team and therapists have access to your child’s chart where goals, strategies, and methods are recorded and referenced. Missed sessions must be rescheduled within 14 days of the expiration date of the package. Refunds cannot be provided for missed sessions. It is the responsibility of the parent to reschedule make-up sessions.
