This Agreement shall be for the period from and including December 01, 2003 to and including November 30, 2007 and from year to year thereafter, subject to the right of either party to the Agreement within three (3) months immediately preceding the last day of November, 2007 by written notice to require the other party to the Agreement to commence collective bargaining.
