THIS AGREEMENT, made on January 1, 2014, between the City of Sanford, Maine, a body politic and corporate, with offices at the City Hall, 919 Main Street, Sanford, Maine and at the Sanford Seacoast Regional Airport, Sanford, Maine, (hereinafter called "CITY"), and York County Helicopters, a Maine company with a principal place of business at 12 Presidential Lane, Sanford, Maine (hereinafter called "OPERATOR"),
