For the purpose of providing transitional and pastoral leadership during a period of rediscovery and adjustment to change, it is agreed that the Rev. will serve as Specialized Transitional Minister (STM) of the Christian Reformed Church of , , beginning on , 20 , and concluding , 20 . A three-month extension can be negotiated at the end of nine months if it appears that an extension would be productive, and subsequent three-month extensions can be negotiated, not to exceed a total contract length of 24 months. It is agreed that this contract can be terminated upon 60 days notice either by the STM and by Thrive staff or by the council of the Church.
