The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers and Amazon EU S.à.r.l. (the “Registry Operator”) agree, effective as of , that this Specification 13 shall be annexed to the parties’ Registry Agreement (“Agreement”) for the xn--jlq480n2rg top-level domain (the “TLD”), and shall continue to apply for so long as the TLD meets the requirements of the definition of a .Brand TLD as set forth herein below.
