This Spectrum Sharing Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 28th day of April, 2009, by and among (i) the Board of County Commissioners of Butler County, Ohio (“County”), (ii) the Butler County Sheriff (“Sheriff”), who joins in this Agreement for purposes herein after provided, (iii) the Board of West Chester Township, Ohio Trustees (“West Chester”), and (iv) the City of Oxford, Ohio (“Oxford” and together with West Chester, the “License Holders” and, singularly a “License Holder”). County and License Holders are sometimes referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
