THIS AGREEMENT, as amended and restated on March 22, 2018, is entered into between Prometic Life Sciences Inc. (the “Corporation”), a corporation existing under the Canada Business Corporations Act, and Computershare Trust Company of Canada, a trust company existing under the laws of Canada, as rights agent (the “Rights Agent”), to which intervene Prometic Biosciences Inc.
