SPLICING AND CABLE TV AGREEMENT BETWEENQX TECHNOLOGY AND QX SPLICING, DIVISIONS OF QX LTD.(hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”)OF THE FIRST PART;- AND -LABOURERS’ INTERNATIONAL UNION OF NORTH AMERICA, ONTARIO PROVINCIAL DISTRICT COUNCIL AND ITS AFFILIATED LOCAL UNIONS,183, 493, 527, 607, 625,837, 1036, 1059, 1081 and 1089,each of which Council and the Local Unions, are parties to this Agreement(hereinafter referred to as “the OPDC” / “the Union”)OF THE SECOND PART.
