THIS SPLIT-DOLLAR AND DEFERRED COMPENSATION TERMINATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 5th day of December, 2003, and shall be effective as of the 27th day of December, 2003 (the “Effective Date”), by and between COCA-COLA BOTTLING CO.
