THIS SPONSOR LICENSE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as by and by and between Team FanClub Inc. having its principal place of business at 4832 Cooper Road, Suite 200, Blue Ash, Ohio 45242 (“Team FanClub”) and (“Sponsor”). Team FanClub and Sponsor are herein each referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
