On July 6, 2020, the Amendment Term No. 1 to the Sponsored Concession Contract No. 015/2013 was signed between the Concessionária Linha Universidade S.A. and the Secretaria de Estado dos Transportes Metropolitanos - STM ("Granting Authority"), making the Concessionaire responsible for the execution of the São Paulo Metro Line 6- Orange Project. This is the largest infrastructure project in Latin America in the form of a Public-Private Partnership - PPP, which includes 15 km of line and 15 stations that will connect the center of the capital to Brasilândia, creating more than 9,000 jobs.
