This SPONSORED TLD REGISTRY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into and made effective as of by and between Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation (“ICANN”), and DotCooperation LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“DotCooperation”). This Agreement amends and restates in its entirety the Sponsored TLD Registry Agreement, dated 16 November 2018, by and between ICANN and DotCooperation (the “Prior 2018 Agreement”).
