YOUR EVENT NAME OR YOURSELF shall be under no obligation to issue any passes or tickets until the total sponsorship payment of this contract has been paid in full prior to the event.

This financial support shall be expendable and shall be used to support the Conference. To the extent there are excess funds not needed to support the Conference, such excess funds shall be used to support the Department’s conferences or other educational purposes in following years.
