We understand this application becomes a binding contract when accepted by Medtrade/Emerald Expositions. We agree to abide by the attached Terms & Conditions detailed on the reverse of this contract and those listed in the Exhibitor Service Manual.Exhibitor represents and warrants that the party executing this Agreement on behalf of Exhibitor is duly authorized to act on behalf of Exhibitor and to execute this Agreement and legally bind Exhibitor to the terms contained herein.
