THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of the date of last execution by the parties below, by and between the Orlando/Orange County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida, (“Visit Orlando”), and Central Florida Sports Commission d/b/a Greater Orlando Sports Commission, a not-for-profit corporation organized under the laws of the state of Florida (“Recipient”).
