The person/s whose details appear in Annexure "A", declare that he/she/they are the parent/s or legal guardian/s of the Child. The rights and obligations contained in this Contract are binding on every person who signs this Contract and must be carried out in order for the Child to be successfully enrolled and retained at the School.
