The following terms and conditions in this Sprint Business Mobility Framework Services Product Annex (“Annex”), together with the Sprint Master Services Agreement, Custom Service Agreement, Sprint Professional Developer Program Agreement, or Sprint Location Based Services Application Testing and Commercial Interface Agreement, as applicable, govern Sprint Spectrum L.P.’s provision of Sprint Business Mobility Framework (“SBMF”) Services to Customer.
