The following terms and conditions in this Sprint Wireless Integration Product Annex (“Annex”), together with the Sprint Master or Custom Services Agreement, as applicable (“Agreement”), govern Sprint’s provision of Sprint Wireless Integration to Customer. Capitalized terms are defined in the Definitions section at the end of this Annex if not otherwise defined in the Agreement. If a conflict exists between the terms and conditions in this Annex and the applicable pricing attachment, the pricing attachment will control.
