THIS AGREEMENT, is made and entered into by and between the Madison Area Youth Soccer Association (hereinafter described as “MAYSA”), a non-profit, charitable organization, organized under the laws of the State of Wisconsin and located in Dane County, Wisconsin, and Verona Area School District and it's associated High School (hereinafter described as “VAHS”), a not-for-profit private educational institution.
