THIS MARINE STADIUM REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT hereinafter referred to as this “Agreement,” made this day of November 2018, by and between the CITY OF MIAMI, a municipal corporation, with offices at 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133, hereinafter referred to as the "City," and EVENT ENTERTAINMENT GROUP, INC., a Florida for-profit corporation, with offices located at 201 S. Biscayne Blvd., Suite 800, Miami, Florida 33131, hereinafter referred to as "Licensee" (collectively, the “Parties”).
