By using District technology, employees agree to abide by all of the terms described in this AUP. This AUP applies when District technology is accessed on or off site, both through District-owned or personally owned equipment or devices. This AUP complements and supports District Board Policy 4040, as well as any other relevant Board Policy or applicable law.

The purpose of this agreement is to provide Network (electronic mail, web site, server storage and electronic bulletin board) and/or Internet access, hereinafter referred to as Network, as well as to regulate the use of “Bring Your Own Device” (BYOD) devices, and schoolissued computers and mobile devices. The Internet is a global information and communication network that provides students and staff with access to uptodate, highly relevant information that will enhance their learning and the education process.
