(“Agreement”), dated the day of 2020, is made and entered into by and between City of Allentown, a Pennsylvania city of the third class duly organized and existing under the laws of Pennsylvania and the City of Allentown Home Rule Charter (“City”), and the Lehigh County Authority, a Pennsylvania municipal authority organized and existing under the Pennsylvania Municipality Authorities Act (“LCA” or “Authority”), (each individually a “Party”, and collectively, the “Parties”).
