This AGREEMENT is between the City of Murphy, a Texas home-rule municipality (the "CITY"), and Rone Engineering Services, LTD (the "Consultant"), authorized to do business in Texas, for PROJECTS generally described as: Geotechnical Engineering and Materials Testing Services. Hereinafter the CITY and the Consultant may be collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
