THIS CONTRACT is entered into between the COMMUNITY TRANSPORTATION COORDINATOR, Board of Sumter County Commissioners, DBA Sumter County Transit, designated pursuant to Chapter 427, F.S., to serve the transportation disadvantaged for the community that includes the entire area of Sumter County, and hereinafter referred to as the "Coordinator" and SCARC Inc., hereinafter referred to as the "Agency/Operator". The terms and conditions of this Contract are effective January 1, 2010 and will continue through June 30, 2013.

THIS CONTRACT is entered into between the COMMUNITY TRANSPORTATION COORDINATOR, Board of Sumter County Commissioners, designated pursuant to Chapter 427, F.S., to serve the transportation disadvantaged for the community that includes the entire area of Sumter County, and hereinafter referred to as the "Coordinator" and LEOPARD Transport, hereinafter referred to as the "Agency/Operator". The terms and conditions of this Contract are effective 01/01/2011 and will continue through 10/01/2011.

This agreement amendment is made and entered into this 28th day of March 2023, between the Board of County Commissioners of Sumter County Florida, 7375 Powell Road, Wildwood, Florida 34785 (Coordinator) and MTM Transit LLC, 16 Hawk Ridge Drive, Lake Saint Louis, MO 63367 (Agency/Operator).
