DISTRICT, hereinafter referred to as the "District" and the undersigned, hereinafter referred to as "Developer", with regard to the property described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof, (the "Property"). References herein to the "Rule" or "Rules" shall mean the Rules of the Loxahatchee River Environmental Control District as same may be amended from time to time hereafter, which are hereby incorporated by reference.
