These STANDARD LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS are entered into as of the Effective Date set forth on the Pacesetter Technology Application Service Agreement entered into by and between Pacesetter Technology, LLC (“Pacesetter”) and Client and expressly incorporates the Agreements and all Schedules thereto and Posted Terms. These Standard Legal Terms and Conditions, the Order Form and the Schedules thereto are collectively referred to as the “Agreements”.
