This Modification is to the CH2M HILL, Inc., Standard Master Agreement for Professional Services (“AfiREEMENT”) dated February 24, 2000, between The Board of County Commissioners of Santa Rosa County, Florida (“CLIENT”) and CH2M HILL Engineers, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Jacobs Engineer firoup, Inc. (“JACOBS”), for professional engineering and related services to be performed for the CLIENT on a Task Order basis.
