At its sixth meeting, the Ad Hoc Open-ended Working Group to Enhance the Functioning of the Multilateral System (Working Group) reviewed the third draft revised Standard Material Transfer Agreement, as contained in document, IT/OWG-EFMLS-6/17/3.1, which had been prepared under the guidance of the Co-Chairs. The Working Group considered and, where necessary, revised all elements of the third draft revised Standard Material Transfer Agreement and consequently agreed to submit the Draft Revised Standard Material Transfer Agreement: Proposal by the Working Group to the Seventh Session of the Governing Body.
