This Agreement is entered as of the __ day of __, 20__ by and between Yale University, a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of a charter granted by the General Assembly of the Colony and State of Connecticut and located in New Haven, Connecticut (the “University”) and __ (“Artist”). In consideration of the promises and mutual covenants contained herein, the parties hereby agree as follows with respect to the participation of Artist (the “Performance”) in University’s __ (the “Event”).
