Morton shall have a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual right to access, use and/or make copies (at no additional charge) of any Vendor's Documents delivered to Morton under the applicable purchase order for the sole purpose of operating, maintaining, repairing, servicing, rebuilding, replacing parts, or modifying any Goods delivered and/or Services provided to Morton under the applicable purchase order or for contracting with others to perform any of the foregoing.
