This Amendment No. RAI000049-JAN2013 (the “Amendment”) is hereby made by and among Eastman Chemical Company (“Supplier” or “Eastman”), R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company (“RJRT”) and Santa Fe Natural Tobacco Company, Inc.
