Customer and Dealer360 agree that these Standard Terms and Conditions contained in this Addendum (“Standard T&Cs”) form a part of and is incorporated by reference into the Master SaaS Agreement (the “Master SaaS Agreement”) by and between Customer and Dealer360 for Customer’s subscription to and use of the Services provided by Dealer360 that references these Standard T&Cs. These Standard T&Cs are in addition to the terms and conditions in the Master SaaS Agreement and also govern Customer’s and its Users’ access to and use of the Services.
