The following are the Terms and Conditions pursuant to which NEX-TECH shall provide, or arrange for the provisions of, support and maintenance services to CUSTOMER. Capitalized terms used in this Agreement shall have the meaning assigned to them in Appendix A unless the context requires otherwise. Supported software and hardware are referenced in Appendix B. For physical security only, please reference Appendix C. For Total Voice & Protection Plus Customer Entitlements only, please reference Appendix D. Appendix E, Detect and Respond Ransomware Warranty, only applies if CUSTOMER has subscribed to the Cyber Security Detect and Respond product.
