Standard Terms and Conditions for Sale and Delivery of Marine Bunker Fuels • December 7th, 2021

Except as may otherwise be agreed to in writing between the parties, the following terms and conditions (“Standard Terms”) shall apply to any contract for the sale of marine bunker fuels and related products of whatever type or grade (“Bunker Fuel”) between Victory Pte Ltd and any buyer of such Bunker Fuel.
