These terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to any and all agreements between Visiopharm A/S, Visiopharm Corporation and/or any of its affiliated companies (“Visiopharm”) and Visiopharm’s customer (the “Customer”) relating to sales of software, services and hardware (“Products or Services”) whether ordered by the Customer from Visiopharm or any of its authorized resellers and supersede all other terms and conditions relating to sale of such Products or Services, including Customer’s individual or general terms and conditions.
