These Standard Terms & Conditions for Advertisers (the “Terms”) together with the applicable Insertion Order (“IO”) are hereby entered into and shall constitute a binding agreement by and between Viber Media S.a.r.l and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“Viber”) and the party executing the IO (“You” or the “Customer”) (collectively, the “Parties”). By signing and submitting an IO, You hereby agree to be bound by these Terms.
