BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The City has for many years maintained 810 lights on FDOT streets within Panama City at FDOT’s expense; for example, during the prior State Fiscal Year the City will be paid $212,401.44. The attached Agreement is in response to FDOT’s request for the City to take over the maintenance of additional lights (primarily on the Hathaway Bridge) and provides for the maintenance of a 838 lights for a payment to the City of $ 233,123.22. The Agreement provides for yearly increases.
