Iowa Department of Transportation Agreement for aState Recreational Trails Project Agreement • September 16th, 2020
This is an agreement between the City of Ankeny (hereinafter referred to as Recipient) and the Iowa Department of Transportation (hereinafter referred to as the DOT). The Recipient submitted an application to the DOT for funding through the State Recreational Trails (RT) fund under Iowa Code Chapter 465B (2011), and the application was approved by Transportation Commission Order No. PPM-2021-15 on September 8, 2020, hereinafter referred to as the effective date.
