The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) is transmitting five proposed amendments to all parties to the State Wage Interchange System Data Sharing Agreement (SWIS Agreement) for signatures. These proposed amendments will be adopted upon the return of the relevant signature pages to DOL’s Employment and Training Administration (ETA).
