This Statement of Work No. XX(“SOW”) is being entered into by and between <Client>(“Client”) and Conduent Legal and Compliance Solutions, LLC (“Vendor”) and each of their exhibits and attachments may collectively referred to herein as the “Agreement”. The effective date of this SOW is <Date> (the “SOW Effective Date”). Capitalized terms used in this SOW shall have their provided meanings herein or, if not so provided, in the Agreement. For convenience, “Vendor” and “Client” may, individually, be referred to as a “Party” and together as the “Parties”.
