THIS AGREEMENT (“Contract”) is made and entered into by the State of Texas, through the RAILROAD COMMISSION OF TEXAS (“RRC”), a state agency located at 1701 N. Congress Avenue, Austin, Texas 78701 and ETECH ENVIRONMENTAL & SAFETY SOLUTIONS, INC. (“Vendor”), located at 13000 W County Road 100 Odessa, Texas 79765 (individually “Party”; collectively “Parties”).
